This year, the Chico Cat Coalition celebrates 27 years of rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming abandoned cats in the greater Chico area. Thanks to compassionate supporters like you, we’ve saved thousands of cats—each one given medical care, nourishment, shelter, and the chance to find a loving forever home.
Moonlight Meows Miracles Online Silent Auction
We’re thrilled to mark the 5th anniversary of our Moonlight Meows Online Auction—our largest and most vital fundraiser of the year! As a 100% volunteer-run, 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the Chico Cat Coalition depends entirely on donations. Every dollar raised helps us continue our mission and cover the rising costs of care.
🐱 Our 2025 Goal: Raise $17,000 for 1 Year of Rent!
This amount will allow us to ensure we continue to have a safe place for our kitties for 2026 and our lights stay on at the shelter. Having our rent fully covered means we can continue to focus on the other crucial expenses to care for the cats, including:

- ✂️ Spaying, neutering, and microchipping
- 🍽️ Nutritious wet & dry food
- 🏡 Rent and utilities for our cozy cat shelter
